SHIPPING

SHIPPING METHOD

During check out, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your items. Different shipping method are available depending on the location the items will be delivered. Each shipping method has its own duration and charges that will be applied to your order. As you update your shipping method choices, your order total will adjust accordingly.

All shipments are shipped from Jakarta, Indonesia. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. 

Orders are shipped only on business days, which is Monday to Friday.

If a payment is confirmed during non-business day, your order will be shipped on the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME

  • Jabodetabek area: 1-3 business days
  • Other areas in Indonesia: 2-7 business days

Kindly note that the packages are delivered through a third party service; therefore, delays or shipping problems might occur during your shipment. In this case, please email us to [email protected] and we will gladly assist you to resolve the problem.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

A shipment confirmation email containing an airway bill number will be send after your order has been shipped. Or you can just sign in to your account and see your airway bill number.

You can track your order in www.jne.co.id and enter your airway bill number.  Your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you. However, it may take 24 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system.

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept any returns or exchanges.

The only exception permitted is in the case of incorrect or defective product.

The terms of which are as follows:

Products must be unused, unworn and in good condition with original hangtag and packaging attached. All original product packaging must be intact.

  1. Defective products are defined as products that have missing parts of component, deep scratches or obvious stains. Loose threads that only need snipping to be removed does not considered as defective product.
  2. Product damaged as a result of wear and tear will not be accepted as defective.
  3. All request of returns must be made within 3 days after the customer received the product.

If the product is determined to be defective by Stella Rossa World, the customer will be entitled for refund or exchange.
